Execution No. 1 - Problem

For the third consecutive year, a prominent survey undertaken by The Conference Board (pdf)  of the CEOs of the 1000 largest Global Companies, has identified execution as the number one issue they face on a yearly basis.  This has been supported by a number of smaller spot surveys for SMB businesses as well.  And, in all CapSys’s extensive internal research, our findings mirror this survey data; organizations continue to have difficulty executing against strategic, tactical and operational objectives.

Our firm, Capability Systems has long recognized the depth of the execution problem and for the past two years have dedicated ourselves to building an optimal resolution toward and our own capabilities around execution, to the point where we consider devising execution capability as our greatest strength we have to offer our clients.

And of course, we have just announced our ‘execution-works’ services this month to help address this most difficult issue for SMB who would benefit from our help.  Much more will be posted in the coming days and we look forward to working with with everyone who would join us to develop execution as a means of success in the face of this historically difficult and long-standing challenge.
