Announcing accomplish-meant!

Starting in February, Capability Systems will be offering a new service called:  accomplish-meant!  

The new service will help small business managers and staff to fully and reliably implement their organization's best strategic initiatives.  We are excited to be working with Goalscape Software GmbH in this new endeavor.  Please check back for more details over the next few weeks.

Execution No. 1 - Problem

For the third consecutive year, a prominent survey undertaken by The Conference Board (pdf)  of the CEOs of the 1000 largest Global Companies, has identified execution as the number one issue they face on a yearly basis.  This has been supported by a number of smaller spot surveys for SMB businesses as well.  And, in all CapSys’s extensive internal research, our findings mirror this survey data; organizations continue to have difficulty executing against strategic, tactical and operational objectives.
